Our Founder
Quanesia Arnold
Quanesia is a Youth Advocate and Health Educator with over 15 years of experience. She has consistently been passionate about youth development! Quanesia's founded her first business, a local retail balloon store called QSA Balloons in 2021. Establishing strong connections while supporting the local community was a key factor in the success of her new venture.
During her community involvement, Quanesia often engaged with young aspiring entrepreneurs who were brimming with potential. To become a catalyst for their growth, she sought and received the support of CSC Leon to develop the Youth Entrepreneurship Program to create a nurturing environment where youth can learn, grow, and become the innovative and resilient business leaders of tomorrow!
